No page on this website by itself constitutes a final contract.
Pricing and payment
The prices shown on the Plans page are an indicative range; the final price is set after reviewing your activity size and transaction volume. The payment method and schedule (monthly, quarterly, or as agreed) are stated clearly in the proposal sent to you before work begins, and we do not start actual work until you approve the proposal.
Client responsibilities
The quality and accuracy of the work we deliver depends directly on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data and documents you provide. Delays in submitting required documents may affect report delivery timelines or compliance with statutory deadlines (such as ZATCA deadlines).
Cancellation and termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with advance notice as agreed in the signed contract or proposal. Amounts paid for services already performed are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
We commit to exercising the usual professional care in delivering our services in line with applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. The office is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the client.
